Junio Norberto M. Ragragio
Mr. Ragragio is a Mason fellow at the John F. Kennedy School of Government in Harvard University with a Masteral degree in Public Administration. He also holds a Masteral Degree in Urban Planning from the University of the Philippines and is one of the country's first licensed environmental planners. He was a two-term President of the Philippine Institute of Environmental Planners. He was also a board director of the organization for eight years. He completed his undergraduate studies at the Ateneo de Manila University with a degree of Bachelor of Arts in Humanities in 1972, and holds several post-graduate certificates from Yonsei University in Seoul, Korea, IULA Center in Stora, Brambo, Sweden, among others.
